Download Roofing Sales Academy from the App Store, open the app, and tap "Create Account." You can sign up with an email and password or use Sign in with Apple for faster setup.
On the sign-in screen, tap "Forgot Password." Enter the email you signed up with and we'll send you a reset link. The link expires after one hour. If you don't see the email, check your spam folder.
Check your spam or junk folder first. New email domains sometimes get filtered by Gmail and other providers. If it's not there, email us at support@roofingsalesacademy.ai and we'll verify your account manually.
Open the app, go to your Profile, and tap "Delete Account" at the bottom of the page. This permanently deletes your account, course progress, and all associated data. This action cannot be undone.
Apple only shares your name the first time you sign in with a specific app. If you previously used Sign in with Apple for our app on another account, only a random identifier is shared. You can email us to update your display name.
Open the app and tap any locked feature, or go to Profile and tap "Unlock Full Access." Subscription is handled through your Apple Account. Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions are managed through Apple, not through us. To cancel:
Your access remains active until the end of your current billing period.
Open the app on your new device, sign in with the same Apple Account you used to purchase, and go to Profile. Tap "Restore Purchases" and your subscription will reactivate automatically.

If within 30 days of your first subscription charge you have actively used Roofing Sales Academy (min 10 AI roleplay sessions OR 3 course modules) and have not closed at least one new roofing contract, email support@roofingsalesacademy.ai and we'll refund every penny. Under the 30-day guarantee: Email support@roofingsalesacademy.ai from the email on your RSA account within 30 days of your first charge. Include "Refund request" in the subject line. We process within 5 business days to your original payment method.
Outside the 30-day window, or for App Store purchases: Refunds are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, find the transaction, and select "Request a Refund." If Apple declines and you qualify under our 30-day guarantee, email us — we'll reimburse you directly.
This means your Apple Account already has an active Roofing Sales Academy subscription linked to a different app account. One Apple Account can only unlock one app account. Sign out of your current app account and sign back in with the one your subscription is attached to, or email us for help transferring the subscription.
In the app, go to Profile and tap "Restore Purchases." If that doesn't work within a minute, email us at support@roofingsalesacademy.ai with a screenshot of the charge and your account email and we'll resolve it.
AI features require an active internet connection. Check your Wi-Fi or cellular signal. If you're online and still having issues, close and reopen the app. If the problem continues, email support — it may be a temporary issue on our side.
Video playback requires a solid internet connection. If you're on cellular data, try Wi-Fi. If you're on Wi-Fi, check your connection speed. You can also restart the app or your device.
Make sure the photo is in JPG or PNG format and is clearly showing a roof. Very large photos (over 20 MB) may fail to upload. Try taking a new photo or resizing an existing one.
Progress syncs to our servers in real time, so you need to be online while using the app. If you lose progress, sign out and back in — this usually restores the latest synced state. If it doesn't, email us with your account email.
Finish all 7 modules of the video course and the certificate will automatically unlock in your Profile. You can download and share it from there.
Close the app fully (swipe up and flick it away from the app switcher) and reopen. If that doesn't fix it, restart your phone. If crashes continue, email us with your iPhone model and iOS version so we can investigate.
Roofing Sales Academy requires iOS 15.0 or later and works on iPhone and iPad. An Android version is in development and will be available on Google Play soon.
Yes. The AI features, videos, community chat, and progress sync all require an internet connection. Limited offline use is possible for course content you've already loaded, but full functionality requires being online.
The app itself is under 100 MB. Video content streams rather than downloads, so long-term storage use stays small.

You have the right to request a copy of the personal data we hold about you. Email support@roofingsalesacademy.ai from the address on your account and we'll provide your data within 30 days.
The fastest way is to delete your account from within the app (Profile > Delete Account). This removes your account and all associated data. You can also email support for help with deletion requests.
